A refreshing take on the Miami culinary and nightlife scene, Dominique Bistro brings authentic French cuisine by day, and a European electro lounge at night, captivating foodies and club lovers alike.

From a textbook version of onion soup topped with a thick, golden layer of melted gruyere gratineed over a beefy broth with juicy onions, to sweet and succulent jumbo scallops drenched in white wine, and decadent chocolate fondant served with creamy ice cream, Dominique is truly bringing to Miami the best that France has to offer. "The menu at Dominique Bistro is a reflection of my food journeys through France and my love for its culture, history and of course, gastronomy,” says the Chef, an alumni of Le Cordon Bleu Paris Culinary Art School.
