Executive Chef Andrew Carmellini is a two-time James Beard Award winner from New York City. The Dutch serves an array of American food for big-city palates. Menu items include seasonal green market salads; a deluxe steak with a tower of shellfish; tasty sandwiches; flavorful curry or chili; homey roasted chicken; and fresh pie. Carmellini's sophisticated palate brings a fresh sensibility to dazzlingly fresh food.
