Award-winning, internationally renowned Chef Marcello Marino fuses classic French techniques with an unconventional menu that is centered on healthful, flavorful fare. Each table is outfitted with digital menus on iPads, and large flat screen TVs project live streams of the chefs at work. A grand piano with lounge seating and live jazz and blues music on weekends lends to the inviting atmosphere and Sunday brunch is avant-garde, with a menu designed around champagne, caviar and exotic eggs of quail and ostrich.
