The restaurant terrace has unobstructed views of the Atlantic and also the Haulover Inlet. The menu features straight forward American cuisine, made from scratch daily and prepared with care. The service is fast and friendly, greeting each guest into our space as if it was your own home. Mister Collins features a craft beer list and also superb value on all wines, predominantly from the west coast.
